We process your personal data if you act as a contact on behalf of a (potential) customer or supplier and use our services / products and/or we use your services / products. Furthermore, we process any other personal data that you provide us with as a visitor to our web site.

If you no longer wish to receive these, you can let us know by contacting us.
2.3. The primary legal basis for this is that these processing operations of personal data are necessary for us to fulfil our obligations on the basis of the agreements concluded between yourself (and/or your company) and us.
2.4. In addition to this, we have a legitimate interest in using your personal data, namely to optimize our service commercially for your benefit as one of our customers. For example, sending (personal) newsletters in which we inform you of our (personal) offers and about special services which we believe may be relevant to you. We also send such newsletters to you as a prospect, but only after we have received your consent. 4.3. Furthermore, personal data may be transferred to a third party in the context of an acquisition, merger, or (other) reorganization in which our company is involved.
4.4. Finally, it is possible that we are obliged to provide personal data if the law requires this or to obey an order of a competent authority.
